We’ve just heard that the film has been voted by audiences as the Best of Fest at the Women’s Film Festival Brattleboro. We’re thankful to all those out there in Brattleboro that saw the film. YEEE-AHHH.
It’s the Women’s Film Festival Brattleboro’s tradition to show the Best of Fest film as part of their last day art auction so the film will screen one more time on the 27th March.
The Topp Twins: Untouchable Girls will play two centrepiece screenings at the BFI London Gay and Lesbian Film Festival next week.
UPDATE: More tickets have been released for the screening on the 24th March. If you thought you had missed out – you haven’t!
Touching down in London to add some extra Kiwi flavour to the screenings will be Lynda Topp and the film’s producer Arani Cuthbert. Look out for them!

. . . but the doco is making waves all over the world! The film is currently a global jet-setter (worthy of a frequent flyer gold pass!) and continues to entertain audiences worldwide.
Highlights in the last few months including winning the Dragon Audience Award for Best Feature Film (not just specifically documentary) at the Gothenburg International Film Festival in Sweden, winning the Audience Award for Best Documentary at the Portland International Film Festival in the USA and winning a Special Jury Award at the FIFO Documentary Film Festival in Tahiti.
The Topp Twins and the Team are so grateful to everyone who has come out to see the film and recommended it to others. We will be updating the Festivals page with where and when the film is screening so keep an eye out.
