Here’s the run down on what will happen at the events – some venues have rules about what’s allowed onsite so remember to check the details of your specific concert.
Show Times
Gates will open at 4.30 for all events with the first act on stage at 6pm – finishing up around 9pm.
Ticket Prices
General tickets are $75 plus booking fees, Seniors $65 plus booking fees, Students $35 plus booking fees. Groups of 8+ get a discounted price of $65 each. Free entry for children 12 yrs and under, accompanied by a parent or guardian who has purchased a ticket. Earlybird pricing has now finished sorry!

Weather
These are outdoor concerts so make sure you bring what you need for protection from both sun and rain. We’re a hardy lot and will go ahead even if the weather is a bit rubbish – however if things get really nasty the venue may have to cancel, stay tuned to your local supporting radio station if it does pour down.
Seating
None of the venues have reserved seating so it’s first come first served. Bring a blanket or chair to sit on but please only very low or sand chairs so everyone can see!
Food and Drink
You can bring your own food to all events and there will also be food stalls on site including some options for vegos. BYO is ok at some venues however some are fully licensed and have rules about glass – check your event for details.
Security and Safety
There will be professional show security on site and possible bag checks at the entry gates. St John’s will be in attendance at all venues.
Shopping and Money
We’ll have CDs, apparel and other artist merchandise available at all the events. EFTPOS will be available for ticket and merchandise purchases.
