We’re super excited to announce that in January we’ll be playing at some of NZ’s beautiful vineyards and outdoor venues with our great mate Don McGlashan with the Seven Sisters band. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE TOPP TWINS/DON MCGLASHAN CONCERT ON 5.1.2010 AT CABLE BAY VINEYARDS WAIHEKE ISLAND
- All concert tickets apart from the Cable Bay Dinner/Concert package will be sold through Ticketmaster www.ticketmaster.co.nz. Gates open at 4pm, concert starts at 6pm.
- Children under 5 are free when accompanied by an adult.
- Cable Bay Vineyards Special Concert plus Dinner Package (Mediterranean Platters served throughout the evening plus 1 complimentary glass of wine on arrival) – LIMITED TICKETS AVAILABLE – to purchase these limited tickets please phone 09 372 5889 Extn 20 or email carol@cablebayvineyards.co.nz. The restaurant will be open from 5pm and the concert is scheduled to commence at 6pm. All other concert tickets & Fullers Ferry/Bus tickets to be purchased through Ticketmaster www.ticketmaster.co.nz
- Cable Bay Dinner/Concert Package @ $145 per person. Ticket includes dinner plus one complimentary glass of wine on arrival plus $65 for the concert ticket.
- Cable Bay Dinner/Concert Package + Transport $183 per person. Ticket includes Dinner Package, Concert Ticket, plus $38 for the Fullers ferry & bus transfers to and from Matiatia
- Very limited parking on site. All other parking on side of road in either Nick Johnstone Drive or Church Bay Road. Onsite parking will be available for those with disabled parking permits.
- NO BYO beverage. Bags may be checked at the entrance and any non-permitted items confiscated. NO GLASS of any kind is permitted. A full bar will be operating offering wine, beer, soft drinks and water.
- You are welcome to bring a picnic. PLEASE DO NOT BRING BYO BEVERAGES OR GLASS OF ANY KIND.
- Food vendors will be operating on site.
- EFTPOS will be operating on site with cash out facilities.
- There is no reserved seating. You may bring your own chairs, or a blanket to sit on. Low or sand chairs are a good option and so are blankets as you will be seated on grassed areas. If you bring a ‘taller’ chair be prepared to sit at the rear or side of the audience.
- Security – there will be professional security on site.
- St. Johns will be in attendance.
- No professional recording devices are permitted.
- This is an outdoor concert. However, the promoter may decide in its sole discretion to postpone the show to an alternative date in exceptional circumstances. Rain dates are 6.1.2010 or 14.1.2010. If the show is postponed by the promoter, any purchased tickets for the original date will be valid for the replacement date. Purchases also have the option to seek a refund for the face value of a purchased ticket for the show, as long as the refund is sought from the original point of purchase and prior to the replacement date for the postponed show.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ASCENSION WINE ESTATE, WHAREPAI & BLACK BARN VINEYARDS SHOWS:
- For Ascension ticketing go to www.ticketmaster.co.nz – no tickets are being sold from Ascension.
- For Black Barn ticketing go to www.ticketmaster.co.nz or contact the venue www.blackbarn.com.
- For Wharepai Domain ticketing go to www.ticketdirect.co.nz.
- Children under 5 are free when accompanied by an adult.
- Very limited free on site parking at Ascension but neighbours will be offering cheap parking on grass.
- Carparking is available in and around Black Barn with well sign posted entrance points.
- Carparking at Wharepai Domain is on the streets surrounding the Domain.
- On site parking available for those with disabled parking permits at both venues.
- NO BYO beverage EXCEPT bottled water at Ascension and Black Barn. Bags may be checked at the entrance and any non-permitted items confiscated. NO GLASS of any kind is permitted.
- Wharepai is a BYO venue.
- Ascension and Black Barn are fully licensed and a bar will be operating with beer, wine and soft drinks.
- You are welcome to bring a picnic, notwithstanding those points above. Food vendors will be operating on site but the Ascension Bistro will be closed.

- This is an outdoor concert series. We play “rain or shine”. However, the promoter may decide in its sole discretion to postpone any show to an alternative date in exceptional circumstances. If any show is postponed by the promoter, any purchased tickets for the original date will be valid for the replacement date. Purchasers also have the option to seek a refund for the face value of a purchased ticket for a show which is postponed, as long as the refund is sought from the original point of purchase and prior to the replacement date for the postponed show.
