The three of us live in Perth WA, but touring Melbourne, and went to see your movie today. The three of us thoroughly enjoyed seeing you both on screen. We loved every minute of it. We saw you live in Perth a few years ago, and hopefully you will come to Aussie again. Cheers and thanks, Irene, Anne and Marg

I went to your show in christchurch loved it! I also went to see the movie cried ! but loved it ! . You girls have been a part of my life too, I loved when you were on TV. Wow what a journey you have had with both highs and lows. I first saw you two up Queen St Auckland. You use to busk at the corner of the bnz building when i was about 17. It was so funny you created such a crowd it went out onto the street. the police try to move you away and you included them into your show it was so funny. thank you very much and have a wounderfull xmas

Hello Girls i just wanted to wish a Very Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Years to you and your Loved ones i’ve just been watching your performance on You Tube “Christmas in the Park” when you sang that song [Milestones] from the Album “Grass Highway” i absolutely love that song it reminds me so much of my own life.

I remember the first time i saw you perform it was back in 1979 (i think) and you were busking outside the Caferama on the corner of Karamu road & Heretaunga Street in Hastings me and some friends drove past it was late night on a Friday we got out of the car for a closer look & listen you were and still are Awesome

    All the best

    Kia Ora Girls
We went to your show at the opera house & absoutley love it, apart from sitting in the ceiling;won’t do that again. I just wanted to share with you that when you spoke about the cancer, my wife was in tears as her father is just about to pass away with lung cancer. However the way you two spoke about the disease & the song was just brillant & I brought your lastest CD to play to him.
We love you always have from seeing you in Manner Mall in the seventies to your lastest adventures.

Have a safe & peaceful Christmas & can’t wait to see you next time hopefully in Wellington.

    Merry Christmas
    Peter & Ana

It’s really good hearing snippets from you other fans about early days of the Topps, and your stories of seeing them busking etc all the way back to even the seventies…I didn’t come on the scene till 2003!!!! The twins’ book, and then their movie helped fill me in, but all your snippets are great too!
    Cheers, and merry Xmas everyone!

Here it is Christmas Day and we are surround by family and we are listening to your new CD that we purchased at your show in November at Bruce Mason . What a joy it was to see you both ,your mum and the young lad that sang as . Not only was there tears of laughter but tears from some of the lyrics of the beautiful songs that were sung especially Palamino Moon, the back drop to this song was just fantastic would you consider releasing this to the public? Mustang Mountain was just beautiful the lyrics were unbelievable.

    Dear Jools and Lynda,

We have just seen your movie at the Gothenburg Film Festival in Sweden. The cinema was packed and it brought the house down. You got a huge applause at the end. It’s a film full of great music, laughter and thought-provoking ideas. We found it very moving and inspirational. Keep up the wonderful work. We need you out there!
